Returns and Refunds
The return of purchased items is always possible as long as they are not purchased on demand. The return postage is always the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which they were delivered. After receipt of the item to be returned and the refund of the amount paid in the same way as the payment was made.

If no one is here at the time of delivery to make the reception, a notification with indications for withdrawal or appointment of second delivery will be left, depending on the characteristics of the service. In orders whose size of the item is out of format or the quantities ordered are high, it is the responsibility of the customer to provision the space and conditions necessary for the receipt of the items. It will only be possible to submit claims for damage caused by the logistics operator within a maximum of 3 working days. The value of the postage varies depending on the weight, price and/or volume of the order to be shipped. Do you have all the items in stock?
Items in stock are usually marked in the online store in the article view. It happens, however, that sometimes the article may be sold during the course of the day either in the online store or in the showroom and the stock update is not immediately reflected in the availability of the online store. We advise that if you have a lot of urgency at the reception of the article contact us at the available phone numbers or via email so that we can inform with certainty the date of availability of the article.
Can we see all the items they have for sale in the online store?
Not all items are available in store to be seen. Some because they are in storage, others because they are not in stock. If you want to see the article before buying it, request it through the available contacts that possibility.
