The customer expressly authorizes Homes with Design to send information about products and services that may be of interest to you using your personal data for direct marketing purposes through any communication channel, in particular through the use of email, SMS, MMS or other forms of automatic calling. Homes with Design will not market or share your customer database with third parties.
For purchases through the website it is necessary to register as a Customer by filling out the form available online. Once registered, simply enter into the virtual shopping basket all the items you want to purchase. You must follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts the General Conditions of the site. The data recorded by Houses with Design constituteproof of the set of transactions made between Houses with Design and the Customer. It is the responsibility of Houses with Design to archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keep it accessible.
As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request your change, or even cancel the purchase made.
Houses with Design only processes the order placed by a customer after confirmation of their payment, so Houses with Design cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of such processing. The product form finds the estimated date for shipment. The estimated time for shipment plus the shipping time and the destination of your order.
Houses with Design only makes expedition on weekdays. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimating order delivery.
In any case, delivery estimate dates are merely indicative.
Any delay in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimation dates submitted, does not confer the right to compensation.
Non-payment of the order within 10 (ten) days following the date on which it was made implies automatic cancellation of the order.
The reservation of any order placed in the online store is only made after the confirmation of payment has been made.
In case of unavailability of the product and/or stock breakdown, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order entitled to reimbursement of the respective amount paid.
Pursuant to Law 7/2004 of 7 January on e-commerce, Houses with Design reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order where programming is misperformed, malfunction of the homes’ computers with Design or if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination and that the error focuses on an essential element of the contract.
If you wish to exchange or return articles please contact Customer Support, which will provide you with all information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances will you send the items without prior contact because they will not be received.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return those who comply with return conditions.
If you choose to return the amount we inform you that:
- Reimbursement is made through the means of payment used.
- In the event that you have received damaged items, Homes with Design will receive the items without any charges to the Customer.
Houses with Design reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
If the purchased product is defective, you must communicate the same to Customer Support, informing you of your order number and the description of the defect. Costs with the return or collection of items within the Warranty period will be posted by Casas with Design.
Upon receipt of the article at homes with Design facilities we will do the technical verification and, in case of proven any lack of conformity, the article will be replaced. In this case, we will replace the item and make a new shipment to your address at no additional cost.
If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the anomaly (e.g. fall, humidity, etc.) the customer will be contacted to indicate whether he wants to repair the equipment by referring it to Technical Assistance.
In the case of goods outside the warranty period, Houses with Design also provides technical assistance, so you can inform and send the defective items to Customer Support. The articles will be reviewed by the After-Sales Service which will issue a technical opinion and its repair budget. Repair will only begin after acceptance of the budget by the customer.
All purchases made on the website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
