Returns and Refunds Policy

Return of purchased items is always possible provided they are not purchased on demand.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered.

After the receipt of the item to be returned and its verification will be made the return of the amount paid in the same way as the payment was made.

The order is shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

In the event of a stockout of an item Casas com Design will inform the customer of this occurrence as well as the expected delivery date of the article in question, through the contact means associated with online registration. Any delays that may occur in the dispatch of the order will be previously notified to the customer.

After preparation, Casas com Design confirms by email the shipment of the order to the delivery address registered by the customer.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are usually delivered on the business day following dispatch. The delivery service is between 9am and 7pm. If no delivery is found at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with indications for pick up or second delivery, depending on the characteristics of the service.

For bulky or heavy items only a second delivery attempt will be ensured. After that the costs associated with a new delivery may be charged to the customer.

In orders whose article size is out of format or the quantities ordered are high, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the space and conditions necessary for the receipt of the articles.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative validation of the items received before the receipt of the goods receipt. If it is not possible to do so, the client should sign the receipt, stating “Subject to conference”. If the order appears to be damaged by shipping or mishandling, the customer should record this on the tab mentioning “Damaged Goods”. Do not refuse the acceptance of the articles, because despite the condition of the outer packaging the article may be in perfect condition, mention in the tab “Damaged packaging”.

In the event that any type of anomaly is detected in the received articles, the client must immediately report the occurrence through Casas com Design contacts. You will only be able to submit claims for damage caused by the logistics operator within 3 business days.

The value of postage varies depending on the weight, price and / or volume of the order to be shipped. At the time of ordering the value of postage will be added to the value of your order, before its final confirmation.

Do you have all items in stock?

In-stock items are usually marked in the online store in the article view.

However, sometimes the item can be sold throughout the day either in the online store or in the showroom and the stock update is not immediately reflected in the availability of the online store.

We advise that if you have a lot of urgency in receiving the article contact us for the available phone numbers or via email so we can be sure of the date of availability of the article.

Can I see all the items they have for sale in the online store?

Not all articles are available at  store to be seen. Some because they are in stock, others because they are not in stock.
